My Design Philosophy

The way I think about design is in a very purposeful way. I believe that designs are forged with intent. Even in the days when I was designing buildings, I wanted to create spaces that would be valued and loved by the people who walk through them and use them daily. When it comes to User Experience design, it's the same. As a person who values logic and reasoning, I want my ideas to shine through to the end in a way that makes users and clients feel proud of the product experience they are having or facilitating. So having a reason for every stroke on a page makes the difference between an objectively good design and a subjectively designed one.
